What type of manufacturers do you typically work with?
We work with small and mid-sized manufacturing operations in Penang and the surrounding industrial areas of northern Malaysia. Most of our clients produce physical goods — electronics assemblies, plastic components, fabricated parts, food products — and are looking for steadier output without major capital investment.
How long does each engagement take?
The Floor Efficiency Walk is typically a single day on-site, with findings delivered within a few days. The Process Improvement Engagement runs over two to three weeks. The Operations Excellence Programme is scoped to your facility, but usually spans four to eight weeks of active advisory work.
Do we need to prepare anything before the visit?
No special preparation is needed. We ask for access to the production area and a brief introduction to the floor supervisor or plant manager before we start. Existing layout drawings or production schedules are useful if they're available, but not required.
Will implementing your recommendations require new equipment?
We focus on improvements that work with what you already have. Most of what we suggest involves how work is arranged, sequenced, or managed — not capital spending. Where equipment changes would genuinely help, we'll say so clearly, but we don't make purchasing recommendations our starting point.
What is included in the stated price?
The price covers the full scope described for each programme — site visits, interviews, documentation, and the final deliverable. Travel within Penang and Bukit Minyak industrial area is included. For facilities outside this zone, we will discuss any additional logistics costs upfront before any agreement is signed.
