Our Methodology

How Each Engagement Is Run

All three programmes share the same foundational approach: we observe before we recommend. No programme begins with a presentation or a survey. The first step is always to spend time on the floor, watching how work actually flows and where it stalls.

From there, we structure findings around what we saw — not around a generic framework. Recommendations are checked for feasibility with the plant manager or floor supervisor before they're finalised, so the deliverable reflects what is actually achievable in your operation.

Each programme ends with a defined deliverable — a written document your team can use independently. We don't create dependency on ongoing advisory relationships as part of the scope.

Every engagement starts with structured time on the production floor, watching work as it happens.

Interviews with floor team

Operators and supervisors often hold the clearest view of where friction accumulates. We make time to speak with them directly.

Findings drafted and reviewed

Draft findings are shared with the plant manager before finalisation. One revision is included in every programme.

Final deliverable handed over

A plain, usable document — your team's to keep and act on independently.

Observation Before Opinion

We do not form recommendations before spending time on the floor. Every finding is grounded in what was observed, not assumed.

Confidentiality

Production data, layout details, and process specifics shared during an engagement are not carried between clients or referenced in other work.

Scope Discipline

We work within the agreed programme boundary. If something outside scope deserves attention, we flag it separately and do not expand the engagement without discussion.

Delivery to Schedule

We agree timelines at the start of each programme and adhere to them. If something affects schedule, we communicate it early — not on the delivery date.
